Non-refundable deposit due when contract is signed with remainder of payment due in full day of completion.  Cash, Check, All Debit & Major Credit Cards (4% Fee) accepted.

Contractor advices surface sealer to be applied to all concrete work other than decorative concrete after 30 Days from installation prior to first freeze.  All warranties are void if proof of surface sealer cannot be provided.  

Contractor not responsible for unmarked underground infrastructure, including but not limited to:  underground wires, utilities, sprinkler systems, lamp posts, low voltage lighting.

1 Year Warranty will Include the following:

Contractor will guarantee workmanship only.  Job will be done to specifications of signed contract, and pass all required inspections.  Product warranty to be passed from Supplier to Customer.  Warranty Exclusions Include but not limited to: hair-line cracks,  discoloration, damage from de-icing salts, chemicals, fluids or oils, etc., vehicle abuse, settling or ground shifting caused by but not limited to root growth, Frost Heave, improper sub grade drainage/washout, Harsh Weather Conditions or Acts of God.
